This notice explains how mmeleven ("we") handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, company, topic and message.
• Server logs: our hosting provider (OVHcloud, EU) records technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and operations.

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or third‑party cookies. Fonts are served from our own server.

Why and on what basis

We use contact form data only to respond to your enquiry and any follow‑up conversation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries).

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract, in which case statutory retention periods apply.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability by emailing us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
